Girls Scouts will serve March 11th during the 11 am Mass, Our Lady of Grace Church, 3111 Erskine.  Troop #6073 has been hosting a Girl Scout Mass for the past four years by inviting other girl scouts to join them.  Small reception following Mass in the Buxkemper Hall. Please join us.

Catholic Engaged Encounter Weekend – This three- day, overnight retreat begins on Friday at 7:45 pm. and ends Sunday at 2 pm at the Mercy Retreat Center, 605 19th, Slaton. Cost is $245 per couple if registered early. $305 per couple for registrations. Rediscover Catholicism—a Spiritual Guide to Living with Passion and Purpose. This six-part series will meet on the third Wednesday of the month through January 17, 2018. Meet time is 6–7 pm in Kasteel Hall, Christ the King Cathedral. The book is provided free along with a study guide. Each month will include a guest speaker and breakout sessions.

NOTRE DAME STEP COURSES starting January 8 – STEP (Satellite Theological Education Program) is a continuing education opportunity. These are online courses for only $99 each. Certificates of Catholic Theology are also offered in 5 different areas: Catechesis, Doctrine, History, Liturgy, and Scripture.  You have up to 3 years to complete the 7 courses required for each certificate. The courses are 6 weeks in duration; written assignments and facilitator moderated chat sessions with other students in the course are required.
