Attention Women of Holy Spirit Parish!
Are you new to Holy Spirit or perhaps just want to get more involved in parish life and meet new people? The Holy Spirit Women’s Organization is a dynamic group of women (all age groups) that meet on the 3rd Monday of the month (except June-August) for sisterhood, fun, food and spiritual growth and support.

Join us Monday, May 19th

The May meeting is important as we will have elections for next year’s leadership team ( President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer).  Parishioner, Michele Lewis, will be our speaker and will share more on the topic of Spiritual Warfare & Fallen Angels. The meal will be spring potluck so bring your favorite warm weather salad or side dish.

More than a potluck dinner (but we do love those!), the Women’s Organization fund raises for parish student scholarships and the meetings offer a variety of social activities from topical speakers, to craft nights. As a Catholic women’s group, we also explore and discuss
an array of spiritual topics. Women’s voices are integral for the growth of a vibrant and benevolent Church community.

At our St. Patrick’s Day meeting, Tiffany See delivered a presentation on the Unexpected Journey of St. Patrick. Special emphasis was on the virtuous life he lived amongst the pagan communities during his multiple missionary treks across Ireland. We were all encouraged learning more about his obedience, faithfulness, humility, prayer, and fortitude throughout his life. More importantly, his example of ‘yes’ to God’s call to evangelize.
