Catholic parishes are created to guide, direct, and teach the ways of God, the ways of the faith, the ways of the Spirit, guiding our spiritual lives. There are various ways that we do this over time and in various settings. During Lent, we incorporated various  practices to be more attentive to God in our lives. We took time to refocus on how God fits into our lives. To help us to become more aware of the mercy and compassion that God has for us, a CD of the Divine Mercy Chaplet is available for each of our parish families. In 2015, Pope Francis declared the year of Mercy and the church concentrated on the Mercy of God. The CD reminds us of God’s mercy.
